docs: record #152 cycle notes and the Radix submenu Playwright gotcha ...
Adds a QA-agent Learned Pattern for opening a Radix DropdownMenuSub via
keyboard (focus + ArrowRight) instead of a real pointer click in Playwright,
which races the trigger's own hover-intent logic - the exact cause of the
Desktop HD e2e flake this cycle hit. Adds the #152 cycle log entry.
