WKO §2.2 makes the Ausrichterleitfaden binding for hosts, but it is not published in the
VDST download area. It probably answers several of the section D questions about what a host
must provide.

Ask Mike. File it in Vorlagen/vdst-downloads/ and fold anything rule-relevant into
docs/02-domain-rules.md.
