docs/design/broadcast.md covers the viewer problem, the graphics inventory, the versioned
WebSocket data contract, clock handling, multi-lane presentation, the commentator view and
the hall scoreboard.

Robert reviews this with his live-TV production experience. His answer to Q-47 (mixer,
cameras, commentator position) feeds straight back into it.
