Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
docs/design/domain-model.mdspecifies the entities, the recorded-fact log, the purefunctions with worked examples and rule citations, and the attempt state machine.
Mira reviews it for rule fidelity, Tessa for testability. It is the specification the core
code will be written against, so it must be exact about rounding, ordering and the
configurable knobs from the conflict register.
