Anton has drafted ADRs 0001–0004 in docs/adr/ covering deployment topology, the data
model's shape, the technology stack and the offline strategy, plus a one-page overview at
docs/design/architecture-overview.md.

Review with Robert, decide, and move each ADR from proposed to accepted or supersede it.
The phase gate in docs/06-workflow.md does not open until these are accepted.
