Live record detection needs the current German records per discipline × sex × age class.

Where do we get them, in what format, and who is allowed to correct them during the event?
Contact: the Bearbeiter der Deutschen Rekorde via the VDST.

Working assumption: imported as a versioned data file before the event, correctable by a desk
operator. Note that only the best performance of a day counts, and only with a white card
[W §2.10.1].
