Goal

Make enricher changes safe to review without a network or BRouter installed.

Acceptance criteria

A handful of real komoot GPX exports committed as fixtures, covering urban junctions, roundabouts, forks and a rural stretch
Hand-checked expected cue sheets alongside each
Recorded BRouter and map-matching responses replayed offline
Tests assert cue positions within a tolerance and exact direction classification
Runs on the JVM with no network and no device
